In contrast, liquid biopsy examines molecular signals that directly indicate the presence of a tumor, making it far more specific. It can reduce unnecessary needle biopsies and overtreatment. Our method offers a more accurate, gentle, and reliable alternative for the timely detection of prostate cancer.

The PC-Alarm Focus test can be ordered through our partner institutions, but we can also ship the sample collection kit anywhere nationwide upon request. After placing your order, you will receive the special collection tube along with the detailed protocol, which includes all necessary preparations and the correct procedure for collecting the sample.
The urine sample must be collected into the provided sampling tube according to the protocol. The tube must be tightly sealed and then stored at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight. Proper storage ensures sample stability and the reliability of the test.
The sample can be delivered to our laboratory through our partner institution, or, if preferred, returned using our courier service. During the analysis, we detect a molecular alteration originating from prostate cancer, helping support the possibility of establishing an early diagnosis.
The laboratory will complete the analysis within a maximum of 10 business days. You will receive the result in a detailed, easy-to-understand PDF report that includes an interpretation of the findings and recommendations for the necessary next steps.
PC-Alarm Focus is a modern urine-based diagnostic test that supports the early detection of prostate cancer. Due to the limitations of traditional PSA screening, many men undergo unnecessary biopsies, while some clinically significant cancers remain undiagnosed until a later stage. In contrast, PC-Alarm Focus is specifically designed to detect the TMPRSS2–ERG gene fusion, a molecular alteration strongly associated with prostate cancer. This genomic rearrangement does not occur in cancers of other organs, nor in inflammatory or benign conditions of the prostate, meaning its presence is a highly reliable indicator of malignancy.
The PC-Alarm Focus test is especially recommended for:
If you have an elevated PSA value (between 3–15 ng/ml)
If a clinical examination revealed an abnormal finding on prostate palpation
If a previous biopsy was negative but suspicion of a malignant lesion still persists.
Recommended for patients who are TMPRSS2–ERG fusion positive, to support early detection of recurrence.
If a biopsy cannot be performed at the moment for medical reasons but an immediate risk assessment is needed.
